For bugs: the colour you entered, what you expected, what you got, and your browser and operating system. For feature requests: the workflow you are trying to speed up. For accuracy questions: the printer or profile you are comparing against, if you have one.
Response time
We aim to reply within a few working days. Conversion questions are usually answered quickly; larger feature requests may take longer to land.
