By using HexToCMYK you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: a free tool, provided as-is.

HexToCMYK is offered free of charge for lawful personal and commercial use. You may use the conversion output in design work, print artwork, code and documentation. You are responsible for the results you produce with it, including verifying colours with your printer before committing to a press run.
The site and its output are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions are accurate for any particular colour profile, press or paper. CMYK values are standard sRGB approximations and are not a substitute for professional colour management or a physical proof.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HexToCMYK and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site — including misprints, missed deadlines or colour mismatches that rely on the output of this tool without independent verification.
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit unlawful content. Automated bulk access that degrades service for others may be blocked at the network layer.
The site’s design, copy and code are owned by the HexToCMYK project. The conversion formula itself is public mathematics — you are free to implement it anywhere. Brand names and trademarks mentioned in reference tables belong to their respective owners and imply no affiliation.
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version will always be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
